The hotel rooms are absolutely fantastic, much larger compared to other places in Hong Kong, although the staff could be friendlier. The service was below par at the front desk, but all other staff were very friendly and polite. The location is just fine, on the edge of an industrial/business area but within walking distance of the MTR. The dining experience was provided in a makeshift restaurant with dim lights and temporary partitioning, though the sourdough bread was terrible.
